nandalaki's story

Nandakali's mother died several years ago. Her father remarried and left to work abroad leaving her with her step mother who did not want to take care of her. Due to events that we will only disclose to her new sponsor after a sponsorship has commenced, earlier this year Nandakali moved from her rural village into a safe house in Kathmandu.

Currently, schools are closed here in Nepal due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In anticipation of schools reopening in, what we hope is the not too distant future, we are now looking for a $36 (Aud) per month sponsor. A sponsorship will provide Nandakali with uniforms, school bag, stationary, text books, a daily lunch and cover school admission and exam fees. Now that's value for money!
